It pains me to say it…

but I might have to consider buying a new Windows notebook! I know, the Mac boy is tempted with a new laptop. I thought when I got the Mac that BootCamp would meet my Windows needs, but it seems I’m wrong, as there’s a bunch of stuff that doesn’t work properly in my BootCamp Windows partition. I can’t work out why and I think it’s something to do with Windows rebelling against being on Apple hardware.

I’ve still got the old notebook, but it’s a bit old and knackered (DVD doesn’t work, USB’s are patchy, restarts itself for no apparent reason) so I’m thinking I’ll replace it. I took a look at Dealtime.co.uk earlier today - it’s a comparison shopping site that covers lots of lovely electrical goods - and it’s listing 11,000 notebook deals. As I don’t want to spend too much (this will very much be a secondary machine), I think I’m bound to find something in my price range.
