A bit of a light-hearted SOTD today, just because I’m feeling happy and want to spread some sunshine around. Richard Digance is one of the UK’s great comic songwriters, but is also known for his folk background. This song is like a link between the two - a bittersweet lament to a lover, but with comic overtones. Absolutely lovely song.
