From that all time classic Bat Out Of Hell, this track starts off slow - just Mr Aday and a piano - but gradually builds (as do all the best Steinman tracks) into an operatic tour-de-force. The lyrics are almost secondary; what’s important is the emotion that comes through from the musical arrangement and that legendary voice.
