Brynn Laspe, Reporter
My name is Brynn Laspe. I was born and raised in Missouri in a little town called Overland. I moved out to Wentzville when I was 12 years old and joined the Wentzville school district. I have a little sister named Evie, and I live with her, my mother, and father. In my personal time, I enjoy doing pretty much anything outdoors. I love fishing, boating, and wakeboarding. When I was younger I used to want to be a professional wakeboarder, and I even got a few opportunities to go wakeboarding with some pros on their amazing boats. These days I participate in a shooting competition, once a year, called YHEC (Young Hunter Education Competition) it takes all winter to prepare for but is all worth it when it comes to state in June. I’ve never minded getting a little dirty which is why I love spending time riding my new dirtbike, which I hope to start competing in races with soon. Outside of all that fun, I have always had a love for photography and film. I used to do theater a lot when I was younger. I still do plays on and off, now and then, but I like to be the one behind the scenes more now. I joined the Broadcast crew so I could experience news reporting and filming. So far it’s been an amazing experience and I love seeing the whole production come together. That’s it for now, I’m Brynn Laspe reporting for WHTV.
