Ping pong club started at Timberland 10 years ago.

History teacher Jason Theodorakis became the sponsor seven years ago, when a student wanted to start the club.

Ping Pong club meets weekly on Tuesdays during the winter.

Ping pong club often has tournaments that have some sort of food theme.

In the past the club has been sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Airheads and Dubble Bubble.

Ping Pong, also known as table tennis, a sport played by two or four players at a time,  involves a small ball and paddles.
