Are there more wheels or doors in the world? The question began trending when a user, Ryan Nixon, posted this question on his personal Twitter account and said that he and his friends have the stupidest debate every time they meet. This time, they asked for public input and the responses just kept trending.

Based on interviews of 23 students and staff , 14 students answered wheels, five students answered doors, two staff members answered doors and one staff member answered doors.

Some more statistics of wheels versus doors around the school include the fact that there are eight locker room doors.

According to hitc.com, around 77.9 million motor vehicles were produced in 2020 throughout the globe. If every vehicle has 5 wheels, including the spare tire, that figure comes to 389.5 million wheels per year, but this is not count things like bikes, children’s toys and office chairs. According to red-dial.net, in a population of seven billion people all around the globe, the number of doors would be about 42 billion.
