As seniors gear up for the final days of their final school year, teachers gear up to say their goodbyes and give some advice to the leaving seniors.
“Good luck class of 2025, you know you have left your mark on Timberland and we appreciate all that you’ve done for us and we’re excited to watch you grow and develop into the amazing young people that you will become,” assistant principal Emily Hoehn said.
There are 386 graduating seniors in the class of 2025.
“You want to grow and change; you shouldn’t be the same person in five years as you are now. The essence of who you are may remain the same, but we grow with wisdom, we grow with life experience and with that gives us the opportunity to become the best version of ourselves,” P.E. teacher Dr. Colin Hanna said.
The seniors’ last day of attendance is May 20.
“I want you guys to be kind to one another and to think about others, and to always do what’s right,” social studies teacher Megan Sellers said.
Graduation takes place at the Family Arena on June 1, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
“Don’t be in a hurry to grow up,” English teacher Corrina Drozkowski said.
