Favorite Thanksgiving Food

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching, a time where many people will be eating their favorite foods and spending time with family.

Senior Luke Wisley said his favorite thanksgiving meal is turkey or ham with some pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce and  stuffing, because that brings back a lot of good memories of his family.

“I’d have to say turkey, because I enjoy cooking with my family,” senior Nathan Martin said.

Skinless Turkey breast reached a record high of $6.70 per pound in September, which is 112% higher than the same time last year in 2021 when prices were $3.16 per pound, according to the Wisconsin State Farmer.

“Mash potatoes with garlic salt because it is awsome to wash down the dry Turkey,” senior Tabitha Schacht said.

This year, Thanksgiving is on November 24. Thanksgiving break starts November 23 and ends November 28.
