As the seniors begin to prepare for life after high school, some might be feeling stressed by the decisions they need to make, from choosing the right college to deciding on a career path. The THS faculty and staff shared some parting advice for the 2023 graduating class.

“You guys have been through so much, having to learn through virtual and having to go through Covid. You guys helped me find my love for teaching again,” communication arts teacher Andi Dubitsky said.

Allowing oneself to feel feelings, making the most of remaining time together and making a plan for long-distance friendships are all important senior year activities according to Statista.

“Don’t be afraid to meet new people. High school is only one part of your life. Meeting new people and having new experiences is a part of it. Staying in touch with old friends is also a good thing; don’t forget the people who got you to where you are,” counselor Tammy Braun said.
