The varsity football team had ten varsity games this season, five home and five away.
“I like the participation from the student section and parents as well,” assistant principal Dr. Kaitlyn Kleinschmidt said.
This season the team has a brand new head coach, Arlen Harris. He joined the team alongside ten assistant coaches and two volunteer assistant coaches.
Each home football game has a coordinated spirit event.
“I like the themes,” junior Mikenna Boaz said.
Their are 50 players on their varsity roster this season; C team currently has 47 freshman and sophomore players on the roster.
“Touchdowns are pretty hype,” senior Theo Hensley said.
The wolves won their rivalry game against the Holt Indians on August 29, 29-13.
“A combination of the student section and when the band is firing on all cylinders getting everyone hyped,” instructional assistant Bob Holman said.
The last game of the regular season is scheduled for Oct. 24 against Ft. Zumwalt North. The schedule is available on the MSHSAA site.

Those interested in attending a home game can purchase a single event tickets for $5 peradults and $2 for students. An alternative is to buy an athletic pass for $80 that gets families of up to five into THS athletic events, according to the THS activities website.
